  • Questionnaire

    After purchasing your bundle you’ll receive an email from me with a short questionnaire to help me understand the look and feel of your wedding. You’ll also be asked to provide all the text you want included on your invitations, plus your guest names and addresses.

  • Free Consultation

    After I receive your answers, we’ll schedule a consultation to talk about your story as a couple, review mood boards, and go over any details I need before designing your suite. At this stage, your purchase is still fully refundable!

  • Contract

    After our meeting, I’ll send a contract outlining everything—your selected items, the project timeline, included revisions, and more. Review it carefully. If you’re ready to move forward, sign and return it. Once signed, your purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

  • Lets Create!

    Once the contract is signed, I’ll start designing. I’ll create up to three concept ideas based on your vision and send you sketches. You’ll choose your favorite and share any feedback. After your final approval, I’ll create the finished design.

  • It's time to print!

    When the final design is complete, I’ll send it to you for the final review. Once everything is approved, your invitations will be printed on high-quality paper and delivered right to your door. If you choose the assembly option, they’ll arrive fully put together—bows tied, envelope liners glued, and ready to mail.

For something truly unique, like invitation posters, pop-up cards, origami, or other non-standard designs, the process is a bit different. Since these projects are fully custom, pricing is determined after our consultation, based on the complexity and materials needed.

  • Schedule Meeting

    After I receive your answers, we’ll schedule a consultation to talk about your story as a couple, review mood boards, and go over any details I need before designing your suite.

  • Quote, Proposal, Contract

    After our meeting, I’ll send a detailed proposal, and contract. A non-refundable deposit is required to get started, and I’ll need all the text for your suite plus a list of guests and their addresses. Once the contract is signed and deposit received, I’ll begin the design process, starting at step 5 above.
